Hello All,

First time post, first of all i want to thank everyone for the great info on this site..

Thinking of building 3 duplexes and just need to get an idea on what clause we should add on the building contract to get the builder to pay us rent if his over the period they garrantee

The builder is garranteeing 6 months build time and assures me that his never delayed..

examples of clauses that ppl have used would be greatly appreciated

I don't see how the builder can say there are never any delays. Do he allow for delays due to thefts and vandalism in his calculations?
