Has anyone used the real estate promoter facebook app? If so what do you think of it?

I recently received a marketing email from the developers of the app and I'm intrigued as it is searchable, properties can be saved, and even incorporates google maps. On the other hand, it only appears to display very few property fields (eg. no parking spaces, walk scores, or extra features). I really like the idea of promoting properties on social media to increase its reach. Considering using this app for a pet friendly rental property advertising website that I am working on, and wondering if anybody has any feedback about it.
