Interesting article, I have always liked Holland Park.

The article left out another market that was also moving in second place, I believe in this order Sydney, Perth and then Melbourne.

Thanks for posting! That confirms my thoughts also. My sister may need to sell her house in Holland Park area due to illness. She could possibly be buying back in to purchase a unit. I think house growth will be a lot better than unit growth. As block is over 600m2 could be worth subdividing and building on depending on zoning outcome next month.
