fast moving suburbs in brisbane

Interesting read regarding the fast moving suburbs piece...not surprising though. Speed of sales is usually a precursor to price growth.

Thanks for posting! That confirms my thoughts also. My sister may need to sell her house in Holland Park area due to illness. She could possibly be buying back in to purchase a unit. I think house growth will be a lot better than unit growth. As block is over 600m2 could be worth subdividing and building on depending on zoning outcome next month.

I am actively looking in Holland Park, Holland Park West, Camp Hill, Mt Gravatt, MGEast, Carina and Carina Heights. There's still a lot of stock around. May have our first IP very soon!
