What began as a tidying up of my feaso spreadsheet this morning turned into a complete overhaul of the thing with some additions for good measure.

As it is a reoccurring question on the boards, I thought I would post a copy for those who are looking for such resource.

Let me know if(when) you find any errors, if there are other aspects you use that I have missed or if you have any feedback.

It is good.
Some improvements could be including:
- selling costs & CGT
- Property management fees
- tax estimate
- landlord and building insurance
- rates
- headworks
- power dome

Not including selling costs and CGT was my subtle nod to the people who never sell as they aren't issues that I have to deal with.

I thought I'd covered headworks under 'Council Infrastructure Charges' but are there others that you are referring to?

By power dome do you mean a generator? Do you think I should add 'Plant Hire' to the list?
