Has anyone in the Adelaide area had any dealings with a Finance come property investment group called OwnHome? They claim to specialise in refinancing your mortgage to reduce it, such that you can obtain further finance for an IP and assist you to obtain and manage the IP.

Graham,

Nope, haven't heard about this company. However look in a reply from Owen in the "Cash Flow positive" thread. Sounds like they are pushing a LOC.

Just ask how much in fees you pay, and what commission they get from the finance company. Look at the numbers and think very carefully if it is for you.
