First IP - need help!

Hi

I've juz migrated to OZ for nine mths and been working full time in a company in NSW/Vic for 5+ mths now.. my probation is 6mths ends on Jan 15.

I have spotted an IP NOW which I'd need help with finance. Would there be any brokers willing to help this IP infant get ahead to sort out a finance solution in place so that I can seize the IP as soon as Jan 15 approaches.

Simone, if you're in a hurry and someone just offered to help you, wouldn't it make sense to at least contact them?

A mortgage broker doesn't have to be in th same state as you or your purchase. Many mortgage brokers are familiar with the purchasing process in different states.
