For Sale old Property Investor Mags $10 plus postage (orpickup)

Hi there. Clearing out the cupboard to make way for new books - and came accross a stack of API magazines.

This would suit someone who wants to swat up on investing in property, to get familiar with terminology and read some inspiring stories.

I've read them all and have enjoyed them and used some of the tips therein.

So - I am passing them on. rather than chuck them out, I thought I would pass them on.

I reckon they would fit 32cm x 22cmx 11cm and weigh about 6kg.

true enough..

Kristine, it's true that what goes around comes around.

However - on the other hand - what you don't pay for you don't value.

I do give to charities which deserve it, and I would like to see that someone feels good about what they are putting their $ towards.

$10 - which I will donate to the Salvos.

That way - you get the mags, I get a (small) deduction, and the Salvos get $10.

haha - i didn't want them ac. i subscribe already. i just asked because i just give my api mags to other beginner investors once i've finished with them.

i do always keep the current issue for the growth and yield charts in the back tho - good for quick reference.

If there still available i will take them for $10, very interested in things like this as im just starting off and all the information i can get will be useful to me.
