I am just wondering what anyone with experience or expertise would expect to get for a 3 bedroom home with a self sufficient bungalow at the back within the Frankston high school zone( 1 minute walking distance) and 10 minute walking distance from Monash Peninsula ?

I would look up on the local paper in the Property Inlet for prices and sizes or go to the local RE agents and pick up one of their rental lists. They are all around Playne & Nepean Hwy corner.
