Hi all,

can anyone provide feedback on vacancy rates in Frankston in the lakewood area.

How long on average is it taking for people to rent out their investments properties.

Have just leased a property in Frankston (not Lakewood) - took one week with tenants signed up from the first open. You just need to price it right, no point chasing an extra $10 a week and having it sit there vacant for weeks which will end up costing more.

Hi,

I'm a PM in that area and I have generally found a new tenant before the previous one moves out or within the first week of vacancy. This depends largly on the property being priced right. If your property is overpriced then it will take longer to lease.

How did you go finding your tenant?
