It's a 10-lesson course in property investment. The highlights:
- He says to concentrate in an area with a population of approx 25,000
- The goal is 6 houses - 1 PPOR, 1 holiday home, and 4 investment properties
- Overload yourself with information from various govt departments.
- Nice little checklists of what to look for in a neighbourhood, in a house, and what to renovate.
The lowlights:
- It is American, so I'm assuming that the 6-family houses he's talking about are a block of 6 units? Is that right?
- The experts on this forum will find the information too basic probably.
- It is written by a motivational writer, so you will find dispersed through it all these rah-rah-rah statements. This is actually a highlight for me, as I like that kind of stuff, but you may not.
