'free' siminar next week (26th) in Sydney

Just received a blurb about a Carly Crutchfield who is doing a seminar next wednesday the 26th

The site is /www.propertyschool.com.au/ although I don't think it is actually associated with Peter Koulizos's property school.

Just remember that nothing is free in live and that this will be some sort of sales lead in.

I've been to one of her seminars. She is a property developer. Her info is pretty good for someone not familiar with property development. She gives just enough information for you to go off and do some research and then gives her pitch to buy her dvd program.

Is worth going to if you have no idea about developing and wondering if it is an appropriate strategy for you.
