Frustrations - Applicants for My Rental being snapped up by other agents

I have found a tenant.
They cam with good references and have offered a decent sum.
They weren't the ones who offered me the most actually. The good applicants who offered the most were snapped up by other agents, as discussed above.
The not-so-good applicants who offered the most were rejected on my PM's advice.
Well, that's sorted for a while then. You live and learn.

Reference and employment checks are like a working with children's check or police check - just means they 'haven't been caught'. Doesn't mean they 'never did it'.
