Thinking of selling my IP in Gladstone,
realise its not the best time to sell there now,
as it won't be till later in the year and next year that it
gets going again,
however need to move on and need the $,
so might offer it at very realistic price in a private
sale to get back what I paid for it, it comes all set up
with a $600 pw lease unfurnished, only 3 mths old, sale price
would provide a 6.5% yield, all the work is done.
The property is 3/2/2 and better quality than a lot of
the stuff they're building there now. Fully fenced, side access,
aircon, under roof patio, in New Auckland area.
Any opinions/ questions?
