Going half’s in a property

I work FIFO mate works residential we have spoken about going half’s in a house what is the best way to set it up with legal contracts in case we have a falling out?

Have an agreement drawn up by a lawyer, that will outline ways to deal with issues that arise. Structure will depend on state the purchase is in and your other specific needs

You need the lawyers for this one. Best to avoid it if you can afford to though as it does complicate things.

Make sure you have a very strong exit clause from the start,,and you both understand what it means and you both agree 100%..
