What about the executor of the estate?

They would generally be bound to any contracts entered into by the deceased.
 
LOL that's great, I'm going to put it in the contract with my DJ staff, right next to the one that says "The hottest girl in venue belongs to DJ OA. If confused about hotness of said girl, please refer to DJ OA for further instruction." :D

contracts are hilarious, I don't care what anyone says :p
 
i think it means that on your death, your estate will pay the rent for the following 30 days.

I think that's what it was trying to mean too, but it says "upon your death you may terminate". Wouldn't have amused me at all if it was "upon your death your estate or other legal representative may terminate"
