Now it's time to give you the details of Peter Jones' wonderful PDF doc called:

However, I'm not content to give you one great resource but several. This collection represents the best free stuff I've found on the net, so far. Please add your own to this thread to create another wonderful resource.

To make things interesting I will add a Poll to this thread and ask you to attempt the difficult task of choosing your favourite doc. Multiple choices are allowed if you can't narrow it down to just one. Also feel free to discuss anything related to these docs.

I've also attached a PDF doc because I can't remember where I downloaded it from. Nothing in the doc points to the source. Have fun reading all this stuff. In my opinion, the stuff here is better than a $2,000 seminar.

Cannot download the 10 common mistakes file. The Utah Investor stuff seems so heavily oriented towards foreclosures (which I believe are so much more difficult to make "work" in Australia) that I haven't bothered keeping it.

Hi Kevin,

There are some people I know that aspire to invest in other countries. Nobody disputes that the US appears to be a great place for property investing because the system over there offers many advantages. Just ask Jeremy L. I know that scenario might be way over the horizon for you right now but never say never.

For example, if you are having trouble finding good cashflow properties in Australia then the USA or UK may be a good option.

Another PDF doc worth reading, I think. Called New Residential Property Guidelines. The doc is written for financial advisors to educate them on the pros and cons of direct property investment versus other asset classes.
