Our tenant decided to leave after 3 years 2 days before Christmas so our IP is going to be vacant at least 4 weeks during Christmas & New Year periods. 
We thought we might as well use this period to refresh the property, just wondering whether anyone knows a good and reliable but reasonably priced handyman and gardener around St. George area. Thanks in advance.
