If you're getting 50% + compounding returns, why are you nickel and diming with renting out res property waiting for inflation to take care of your debts?

b) i have no RE assets yet, after selling them all and
c) what else did you think i'm planning to do...?
True, but if you're going to bet, then you want to make sure the odds are stacked in your favour, and I guess the best way to do that is know your opponent.
