I am cleaning out my bookcases and have some property investment books and magazines to sell so I thought I would offer them here before ebay or similar, as I have been a regular reader here for years, and less frequently, a poster.
If you are interested, please send me a PM. (I live in Sydney - so could probably arrange to meet up with other Sydneysider to exchange, or at the next SIG mtg).
I was thinking, say, $5 for books dated 2003 onwards and $4 per book for books dated 2000 to 2002, and finally $3 per book for books dated prior to 2000. I think that's a reasonable deal...
