Help to get around no deposit please for a mortgagee sale

unless he is 13 years old, then he's an adult

Ive been in a similar situation (completely different topic) but I could see my friend getting burnt, and I said "well, just remember that I am officially warning you against doing XXXX, Ive now said my bit and thats all I am ever going to say about it, good luck"

its the best way to clean your hands, and sometimes it can wake the other party up!!

Hello Stella. If your friend is tight for money he could possibly rent a room or 2 out. I know a few young people who have done that and it gets them off to a good start.

Tried suggesting he rent a room out but he doesnt want to share. I told him if it gets to him living on 2 minute noodles he might change his mind and appreciate the extra money coming in!

Had a chat with him today. Told him I am concerned he may be rushing but that I wished him all the best as long as he is happy he knows what he is doing. Left it at that - cant do any more for him - apart from hope it all works out ok as he is emotionally attached to this place.

Cheers
Stella
