A friend has this house for sale and hasn't had much interest in it so far:
The house is in the new estate of Clyde Rd in St Leonards, VIC - some of you may know it as a reasonably popular tourist area on the Bellarine Peninsula half way between Portarlington and Queenscliffe.
The house is only a couple of years old, and fom the times I've been there its in immaculate condition, well presented and structurally sound. Its a unique house in that it has 4 master bedrooms with BIR's and ensuites (ie this was to cater for the larger family), and the garage was bi enough to hosuse a decent sized boat.
The problem is that there hasn't been much interest for a house of this size, and am just wondering what tactics can be used to give it more visibility. Would it even make sense to get a RE agent from Geelong to look after it, rather than the local agent on the main st in town?
Look forward to reading your replies.....
