As my title super newbie here embarking on our investment property journey.
I decided (after lurking for ages) and annoying poor Jamie M with my dumb questions; i would seek the valued opinions of the Somersoft family.
Quick situational update - Hubby and I work full time on decent wages 2 kids, mortgage on ppor nil current investments.
As mentioned above Jamie M has been fantastic in getting our finances set up and i think we are well on our way... well consideration of options is a way away from where we started a few weeks ago. Lol..
So basically im here to soak up all the advice of the forum and hopefully not ask too many silly questions.
