Not sure if this data actually exists. Anybody know?

average 3 and 5 year fixed interest rates over the past few years

Thanks stuart. Looks like the current fixed 3 yr interest rates being offered (~6.5% by some major banks) is historically quite low. Will be one for the pro list for fixing rates.

Do you know if the RBA also publishes 5 yr fixed rates.


Also just wanted to confirm. It states that 3yr fixed is average of major banks. Did I read this correctly.
