Purchased first development site on the weekend
weatherboard on stumps
3 Bed 1 bath (separate toilet)
1960's build triple fronted
Immaculate condition, all original
new carpets new hot water & recently painted inside and out.
Central heating and split system
Polished oak boards
purchased without seeing property and went and saw it and was shocked
at how well the old lady had kept it for 60 odd years
Even thou ill be doing a development its sad to see such a nice home demo'd
