how can i save my private messages

how can i save my private messages somewehre so i dont exceed the limit.

do i have to one by one move them to microsoft word or is there an easier way.

Look at the bottom of the Private Message page for an option that says:

Download all Private Messages as: XML | CSV | Text

... or you can select individual messages and download just them using the menu option near the bottom.
