How long from starting property investment until you replace your income?

Hi,

How long will it/did it take you from becoming a serious property investor to when your current income is/was totally replaced by income from property investing?

I'm not asking whether you will resign at that point, or are aiming for an income higher than that from your job.

This is simply a question relating to your goals & schedule.
