Had a quote come back to redo our downstairs powder room, all up about 2.75m2, if that.
I fully freaked out when I saw the quote, $12.6K and that does not include tile (which we are to source and buy, they will lay) and it's got no gold plated fixtures.
Admittedly, we have not got the time to fanny around ATM, and we were thinking maybe $5K, not almost three times that.
Will probably get another quote from another company.
