My block is 16x32.5 west face with 2m eezment at the back, can see Deer park station and Mt Derrimut Rd from my plot. The price of this block is 175K, but same size plots in central park are more expensive than this one...eventhough those are far from the station and proposed shopping complex..
This made me real thinking...My more concern is ORECON, which is visible from my plot. What exactly is ORECON? what do they do..? is there any problem with that.. in the future?
May we face any security problems if the plot is near to Railway station..? Is Deer park secured enough to live..?
Sorry for asking too many (Silly) questions.. ? But I'm very new to west suburbs.. and too concerned about this weather to buy that plot or leave it..i have been living in South Eastern suburbs (Bentleigh) from last 6 months..
