I will be in Melbourne this weekend to look at a few IP's and would like to get an opinion from an independant valuer. Can anyone put me in touch with one?
Tarneit, Sunbury are a couple. I'm not 100% sure of other areas yet, I'm meeting with a rep from Custodian. I thought it would be a good idea to source my own valuer to keep them honest.
