industrial units

i have a 800 metre block of land in the middle of ipswich about 1k from the city centre ,it is zoned industrial but at present is allowed residental ,has anyone built industrial units in the past ,is tilt slab the way to go or besser blocks ,i want to build on the boundry so need a fire proof wall ,any suggestions will help

Arms,
Tilt up construction is a much quicker way to go. The panels are fire rated too so no problems there.
