Insurance question

I have noticed one of our insurance policies for a property held in a trust where we are personal trustees has the insurance policy saying the persons insured is "XYZ Trust" and this is the same for the name on the invoice. Should we get the invoice changed to "Person A and Person B ATF XYZ Trust" and also the "insured parties" to say "Person A and Person B ATF XYZ Trust"?

I am presuming that we are not properly covered from a legal standpoint, am I right?

Also does it matter if the invoice just says "XYZ Trust" without mentioning the trustees?

a trust doesn't exist, but is treated as a tax entity. Should be fine as is.

But you arent worried about the problems with being human trustees? Strange.
