We run investor nights in Bendigo, and I wanted to gauge some interest if there are people in Melbourne who might want to come along to a local one? I was thinking I could do a Somersoft exclusive night?
At the night we talk about:
- The fundamentals behind Bendigo and why it stacks up at a macro level
- The different suburbs and compare them to Melbourne suburbs for easy reference
- Local information - builders, council, contacts, etc
- Where different types of investments in Bendigo are going well (i.e. buy and hold, neg gear, in-fill development, greenfields, etc)
- Have a tax or accounting expert show the numbers side of it
- Round it off with some examples
It isn't a hard sell, but an easy night with all the information on the area in one, neat package.
