I am interested in buying in brissie thru the investment club, www.investclub.com.au. Anyone have any experience with this group they would like to tell me about?

In the top right hand corner of your screen is a button called search.

Head there & type in "Kevin Young" or "The Investors Club" and you'll get a poultus of replys to previous discussions we've had in both the positive and negative.

Happy researching.

While you are doing that do a search for buyer agents as well this may be helpful too.

Because that is all you'll be doing is employing them to buy you a property, or should I rephrase that to you can only buy what they have listed and jacked by 10-16k.

Be better to employe a BA to get exactly what you want.
