Silly question, is investment property next to an Kindergarten good or bad.
it there an advantage to have an investment property next to a Kindergarten or does it loose value or increase it. or is it helpful to get rents in.
I suspect you know it is mostly bad. Very hard for a tenant to get "quiet enjoyment" next to something like that - as well as the added traffic in the street at drop off & pick up times.
