Penny's post gave me this thought:
Recently, I and a buyer agreed on a price for my IP and we both signed the contract accordingly.
One week into the contract the buyer said he would like to change the name on the contract - another family member wanted his name on it.
I agreed, as long as it was back-dated to the date of the original purchase contract.
Then, you guessed it, they wanted to change the name again, three days after we had just signed contract no.2. The father was sticking his nose in and wanted it all in a Trust name.
To cut a frustrating story short, the contract fell through because of basically a few cracks in the driveway and an old shed out the back.
Now, I still have contract 1 and 2, both fully signed........and the finance clause is about to expire.....are they still active? I would think they are.......
