Is it worth keeping old contact of sale?

Going through the junk in my garage, I find some rather thick contract of sale for properties I bought 10 years ago in Melbourne.

Is it worth keeping such documents?
Are there some sections that are worth keeping?

These days digital copies are sufficient. The 'original document' rule has been abolished.
