Is there any statistics for rent increase in Qld

My property is a bit unique so it's always quite difficult to find comparables. My property is in Brisbane and was rented at $470/wk 4.5 yrs ago. I'm curious if there is any statistics of increase over the period.

The RTA publish median rents online, just google.

you can look up similar properties on RPdata it tells you what other properties on your street rented out.

I think location sets the price. location is key. (other factors matter too)
