I am new to this forum and hoping this is the correct area to post this. I want to put this out there to see if there is anyone interested in a joint venture opportunity with a property I have in Adelaide SA.
In short I own a property that I have subdivided into 2 blocks. There is currently a house in the middle of the block that is tenanted. The land has planning and development approval in place. I am looking for a builder who might be interested in building 2 houses on the land in exchange for 100% ownership of one of the properties when building complete.
