Just set up LOC on IP BUT didn't set up a 100% offset account?

Hiya

Thanks for all your help with the other thread I posted earlier today.

Just been researching the 100% offset stuff. Didn't know anything about it and now I know a little more.

Early this year I set up a LOC accout on my IP ready to withdraw when I found my PPOR to buy.

Now that I've found my PPOR and settle in 60 days.

I was wondering is it to late to attach an offset account to this LOC or will I have to sit down with my lender and reset the whole finance up again.

No they are not the same beast.

Get your broker to revamp the loan for you if it has already been approved as with 60 days to go before settlement you should have ample time to have the letter of offer and docs redone.

Always best to get it done first up.
