Landlord insurance for multi-unit property

Hi all,

If I purchased a property that contains 4 villas on a single title and rent each one out to different tenants, I assume it is sufficient to have one building & content insurance policy to cover the entire property, but will I need 4 separate landlord insurance policies to cover each tenancy?
