Lease Purchase Loans Required

I'm forming a company and attempting to lease/purchase, hopefully one a month in the south Sydney area. Anyone know of any brokers or banks who will lend in excess of 80%, fixed, interst only, preferably at 6% or below. I have reasonable amount of equity.

Hiya

Most lenders will look at lease options since they are not an installment contract.

You may even be able to get to 90 % with the first one or two assuming that serviceability is there.

As for rates, around the 6 is the low end for corporate loans.
