loan for development

Hi,

My partner and i are looking into doing small development projects (sub-division blocks). We are not sure exactly where to start as this will be our first time. I guess we will need to make sure we can get finance before we proceed further. So we are looking for a mortgage broker who will who can assist us in reaching our goals. I believe we are able to service the loan as both of us work, however we are equity poor. Ideally we would like to have the mortgage broker in Perth, but we are keeping our options open. Can you recommend anyone?

start with doing lots of research. You might find the place to start doing small developments is to first build some equity.

You might be able to find a JV partner who has equity, but in todays market, whats in it for them to bring you on?

Have a search of the forums here on development finance, there is quite a bit around.
