LOC question

Does it make any difference if LOC is using two properties as security, or is it better to have two LOC's?

I've been trying to get two LOC's but the bank person tells me it won't make any difference, and won't give me any extra flexibility. But I suspect the bank employee may be biased.

Any views on this?

Thanks in advance.

of course it makes no difference :)......and the ATO will give u tax deductions for no reason as well

If the properties are worth more than 200 k then its usually better for YOUR longer term benefit to keep them apart

However, there are some circumstances where having them crossed may be helpful,
