Hi all, I've built a couple of IPs (not personally as I have no technical skills) and am up to my next plan but need help. I want to buy land (likely with an old place on it) and put probably 2 townhouses on it in Glen Waverley.
Thing is I would like to do it in partnership with someone, and ideally someone who is either a builder or has building contacts.
How do I go about finding someone who'd be interested (haven't found any interested parties amongst family/friends thus far!) and ideally who has at least a little experience?
Any thoughts/ideas would be much appreciated.
