Looking for a rental in Orange

Does anyone have a IP in Orange they need tenanted?

I am moving to Orange in the coming weeks and will be looking for a property to rent for 6 to 12 months. Also a IP owner, i believe i will be a great tenant.

2 or 3 br in a more favourable location, with pets allowed (1 outside dog).

I don't know the area at all so not to sure on where to steer clear of?

I have one in glenroi that may be vacant soon but it's not one of the most favour able areas to live.

FYI the worst area is the area around spring st.

beachgurl is being modest. Glenroi is nice. It's not the lovely old houses real close to town or the ritzy ones near the golf course and park but it's walking distance to town and closer to the railway line is good.
I was looking at buying an IP in that area myself a little while ago. And have taught students in Orange who say that it's a decent place.
Stay away from the houso's up the north east of Orange near the showground.
