looking for building inspector in Vic western suburbs

Hi guys! anyone got someone they recommend to do a building inspection? The property is located in western suburbs (Wyndham Vale, Vic.)

My Melton property was inspected by Ross Vicino, Independent Property Inspections, 0417 111 680, Email: rossatipi.net.au, www.ipi.net.au. Nice guy and as far as I can tell he did a good job.

Hi FireFox, I used damian of promptspec --> http://www.promptspec.com.au/index.html he was more than happy for us to be with him and his sidekick for the B&P and walked my husband through everything giving him a running commentary. We received the written report within days and was reasonably priced. Also, he inspected the house with only 24 hours notice.

If I ever buy in the western burbs again I'll happily use him again.
