I would go with Glenys from Swift Solicitors (http://www.swiftsolicitors.com.au). I am a lawyer and have volunteered with her at a community legal centre over a number of years. She is a town planner and a lawyer. Really down to earth and takes great care in the services she provides. I haven't used her personally for conveyancing, but I know she takes a genuine interest in each of her clients' matters. I will be using her for my conveyancing later this month as I trust her knowledge and work practices 100%.
