What level LVR are you thinking of?
ANZ do lo doc on all their products but only to 60% LVR
100% off set is available on a range of their loans
They have a great Breakfree package, too.
If you are looking higher LVR than 60% say up to 76% or 80% with conforming lenders Adelaide Bank, BankWest, St George and a couple of others have some more choices.
Higher LVR on a lo doc means non-conforming lenders and generally speaking no off-set facilities
