Hi everyone
I have heard Resimac lo docs are an excellent product.

Be interested if anyone has any info on this product.

I did'nt need trading, statements or tax returns.
Only hitch my valuation cam a bit under even my doomy & gloomy estimates.
With LMI they'd go to 80%.

Resimac Lo Docs

I know a bit about the Resimac products and they have a few LoDoc options which do not require BAS and allow for refinances. They actually also have a LoDoc which does not require LMI which is well worth looking into.
