Thank you for all those people who emailed me earlier! I do apologise for the unclear description the lunch-event.

You will get to dine with R.K and other guests (about 300 others) for a 2.5 hour lunch. I can not guarantee that you will seat next to Robert but the lunch is free. So, I would need to know that you are definite that you can come and confirm by tomorrow as I need to fax details off to the event organiser. Could I also please ask people who email me from now drop me a few lines in reference why you this lunch-event may benefit you and I will make a quick choose from the best 2... Cheers.
